Inspired by a small Manto Negro vineyard inherited by their mother in the village of Consell, the winery opened its doors in 2007 after years of dreaming and planning this project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, they work 54 hectares of vineyards spread over several estates, all cultivated organically and with a deep respect for the local grape varieties.
