Bodega Biniagual is a family-run winery dedicated to producing wines that reflect the authentic character of the island. With 34 hectares of their own vineyards, they combine native varieties like Manto Negro and Prensal Blanc with other international varieties, always following Integrated Production principles to ensure sustainability and respect for nature.
Their process is completely artisanal, with manual work at every stage, from pruning to harvesting, carefully selecting every grape. Their wines, which include four reds, one white, and one rosé, are the result of a perfect balance between tradition, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail.
